Dairy Queen (treat) - Fery

Came here for Veterans Day, unfortunately they did not honor the Dairy Queen Veterans Day Promo of a free blizzard.

I've picked up a couple blizzard cakes for kids birthdays and they were great.

Im a local resident, I’ve been coming here for years. The staff here do not clean the mixer machines in between each order. You will taste the previous person’s order. My friend ordered a reeses pieces blizzard. Then when I ordered a caramel shake, I tasted reeses in my drink. Dairy Queen is lucky I’m not allergic to peanut butter. If I’m paying $7 for a certain flavor, I expect to get that flavor. Its happened this entire summer. Each thing I’ve ordered has tasted like my friends order and their order tastes like something else. Please tell your staff to clean their mixer before they do another.

When is the restaurant re-opening their bathroom and putting chairs/tables back into the establishment? It seems they are still in 2020 mindset and under COVID restrictions. I’m curious when the laws will be followed and have the bathroom re-opened to the Public.

Can’t follow simple instructions, when you order a cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and no fruit you expect to get that but they gave me a vanilla cup with strawberries, no cheesecake at all. Very poor customer service as well.
