Carvel - Farmingdale

After finishing some banking, I stopped by a nearby restaurant to try their small Carvel soft serve sundae for $3.90. It was good, but not great, as the temperature of the ice cream seemed a bit too warm. The swirl should have been firmer, but it was more like a relaxed blob. The chocolate sprinkles were fresh and tasty, and overall, it was a delicious treat. The owner was very kind as well. While I hope this little place sticks around for our convenience, you can now find their frozen cakes at stores like BJ's or other markets. You can also get soft serve from ice cream trucks.

I love ice cream, and whenever I come to visit my son and his wife, I always enjoy indulging in a delicious ice cream cone from this place. It may be messy at times, but it is always delicious.

It's a small place that I hope sticks around, but unfortunately you can find similar frozen treats at places like BJ's or almost any market nowadays.

Tonight I visited The Cricket to purchase a pair of sunglasses. An employee named Kat noticed that I had a list and kindly offered to assist me with my shopping. I accepted her offer and she was able to fulfill my order successfully. I have not received such great service in a long time. I highly recommend The Cricket to everyone else.
