Very friendly service, good food for good prices clean restaurant

Horrible service. After waiting 45mins in line for drive thru service as how they close the dining hall due to limited staff we were told that a CHICKEN spot didnt have CHICKEN!!!! Absurd!!!! Didn't even attend the drive thru window!!

15+ minutes wait for 8-piece family meal and coleslaw tasted weird I was really disappointed because Church's in PR are typically so much better than stateside

Not the Church's I remember. The food was bland and cold. The restaurant was super dirty. Didn't notice how dirty until after we ordered and while waiting for our food saw the back of the monitor they use for orders. It was literally dripping with accumulated grease. No hot water in restroom, no towels and the air dryer didn't work. We trashed most of our meal and went somewhere else. Don't recommend

Great food but not the best service at this location. Very slow.
