Waffle House - Fairburn

The experience was perfect, and the team’s energy was genuinely the best part of my day.Great food, great people, quick service.

Stop by on February 25,2024 to order my food after leaving work at 4:45 am and arriving at Waffle House at 5:00 am wanted to order take out I walked in and the guy employee stated that he could not take my order until 5:30am that he was closed until then. I ask him wasn't waffle House 24 hours for orders he stated I'm not open. I walked out to see if there were store hours to show if waffle House was closed at the time. There was nothing posted outside to show that the restaurant was closed. I walked back in and ask for his name and he told me that he will not give his name to me I stated ok so you are telling me that you won't serve me and you are closed I said then I will call the corporate office to ask why I wasn't serve,he told me if I needed the number, he will give me the number with a glass of water, and also mention they are not going to do anything to me I do what I want Very rude and very poor customer service I might not know his name but I have a very good description of him, because I took his photo to share with the district manager.

I took my granddaughters for waffles. They loved the waffles.

Slow is an understatement for this location. I ordered online and still waited 40 minutes after arriving and food was wrong and did not look or taste good. Professionalism and customer service training would be extremely helpful here. I would not come back. Hopefully things improve.

Listen it was busy and at first I wasn’t impressed because I waited so long to be greeted and to get my food, even though it was an online order. however Ms. Whitney made it better. And looking how things run all I have to ask is Waffle House can you make it better for the waiter. Like adding a pay by yourself for those who dine in. We in 2024 and we can scan QR code to pay out. Getting someone to pay out can be simple with technology we use today. Cut one thing off for them just to help them out. They deserve it and thank you Ms. Whitney.
