Chick-fil-a - Fairburn

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. But they were very black with my big pommes. I order to get more and still get a medium. These are my big pommes out of my pocket.

It's getting worse. The inability and lack of detail is terrible. I got an order that didn't even belong to my order. 5239 had and ordered 5211. Why is the food still outside? You can make someone sick. Especially someone pregnant! Dry and burned. My order was not fulfilled for the first time. I have to float my card twice because the staff first received the full order. Don?t usually repeat the orders to your guest!! Not the CFA way. It is counteracting to ensure that your food is correct, but the staff has an enormous effect as well. Hidden enthusiastic people!!!!

While the top lunch hours arrived and, as typical of this chain, received prompt service with hot food. The customer made the order wrong and unfortunately there was no way to get back to the line as they were so busy. We have all 3 spicy chicken sandwiches instead of 1 spicy and 2 regular. As a result, the 2 spicy chickens could not be eaten. Read-back can be a good training. It is routinely done in health care and saves a lot of time and effort.

My sister and I stayed here to come to lunch while traveling. It was extremely busy and only the drive was open. We have our order and it was hot and really filled. I will say that Chick-fil-A has made a great task to get out quickly and accurately.

This location needs to get to the Chick fil a standard. They had cars waiting in the drive though line when they knew they would not open until 10:30 am. There was no sign up, and eventually, someone came to let people know of the time they would open. Management needs to ensure they are more proactive with schedule changes when it impacts the public.
