Our food was good, but the young lady at the counter ... she was awesome

Food is always pretty good just be sure to check your bag because they have forgotten some of my food out quite a few times. Outside of that everything else is great! Be sure to get yourself some Peach cobbler it is delicious ?

Crystelle was such a great help and had great energy. I appreciate the customer service as this is my first experience at Shane’s Rib Shack! The music they were playing inside was also welcoming and of good taste. I appreciate how Crystelle showed me my food once it was ready and also informed me of how good the menu was. I’m always interested in knowing the employee favorites. Overall 10/10 first time experience. I’m sure I will be back!
