Yo Sushi - ez

You used to be my favorite sushi place but. I just got some chicken there that made my dog sick. And I have a feeling it's because of those new registers were they expect you to tip the person standing behind the register and doing nothing. I truly think they picked some chicken up from behind the refrigerator. Dog never gets sick I didn't eat any of it he threw up the next store I went to. I'm never going to this place again and I really like this place but they must have new owners recognize anybody and it was dead and is normally busy something has gone way downhill. They first open they had these really cool MTV Korean MTV you know the music playing now they have commercials on the stupid TV what the is the point of that. So sad I really like this place I will never go again. And I will never go to any place that has those registers where you're expected to tip that's taking your cash and put it in the register and that's it.. it's just a shame the some people think they could treat customers I mean that place is good because they had really fresh sushi and mine isn't I'm throwing it all away I spent $27 one person I'm Throwing It All Away. It is Expensive to not be excellent. I have a feeling the new owners have no idea what they're doing they just saw the profit margins would have been great I would imagine. The original people made good money on this but I wish they would have sold to somebody that knew what they were doing didn't have kids at the register with attitudes...

Words simply cannot describe the true feelings i have for this delectable meal. the flavors in my mouth made me quiver and shake in anticipation of the sensation of the sushi traveling down my stomach. the scent of the california roll that i ordered made my mouth water beyond control. the moment i placed the roll on my tongue i couldn’t help but notice this feeling of ecstasy. the wave of wasabi and succulent crab meat overwhelmed my senses in the best way possible. 10/10 5 star would recommend to anyone that is seeking to experience the true passion and delightfulness of japanese cuisine. Vegetarian options: plenty of vegan options Parking: plenty Kid-friendliness: not dangerous for kids Wheelchair accessibility: good

I was looking forward to some sushi when I saw this place. Unfortunately, the sushi was not good. I ordered the Deluxe Sushi combo (it was about 10 pieces) and it was terrible. Nothing seemed fresh on any of the rolls. The fish seemed old. One of the fish was so chewy I actually had to spit it out and I've never done that with sushi. I left about 3 rolls which I just couldn't eat anymore and normally I eat all of my sushi. There was no a/c on in there on one of the hottest days which made it uncomfortable to eat inside. The service was good though.

Bro.. so good. Order, pick up some Home Depot supplies, and return to pick up the sushi.

Found this restaurant looking for sushi while traveling again for work, this time I find myself in Martinez. Haven't had sushi/sake in a while so here I am. The food was great, portions as you'd expect for rolls. Took the recommendation for the sake, and was a good choice. Also witnessed a phoned in order that called back and explained they'd called the wrong restaurant and canceled their order for food already prepared. So, I made a deal on the salmon roll that was part of the restaurant dealing with not-so-smart-people. The total bill was reasonable, considering the small bottle of sake. I would definitely return to this establishment again. Why a less than 5 star atmosphere, it feels more like a fast food joint but, the foods great.
