I will leave another positive review with one caution. The Colorado dish my son had was probably the best ever - the meat was tender and delicious. I decided to try one of the dishes labeled "best served spicy" - the enchilada. It was huge, so I knew I would be bringing some home. However, I was disappointed to find that simply adding sliced Jalapeño peppers on top of the dish did not make it spicy. Although it was still good, I was expecting the spiciness to be incorporated into the filling. There are plenty of other menu options, so I will definitely be back to try more dishes, but I will steer clear of the supposed spicy options if it only means adding sliced peppers on top.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is great. The atmosphere is really welcoming. The individual heated pods are cozy and safe, providing a really enjoyable experience.

Sol is my favorite restaurant in Everett. It features a blend of Pan-Latin and Caribbean cuisine, and serves the most delicious Mojitos I've ever had outside of Cuba. While the service can be a bit slow, it's because the kitchen takes great care in preparing each dish to perfection. At Sol, you can take a culinary tour through different countries. Craving Cuban flavors? Try the succulent Lechon with black beans, rice, and plantains. In the mood for Peruvian cuisine? They serve a tasty Lomo Saltado. Want something from Mexico? Order the mouthwatering Chile Relleno. If all else fails, you can always enjoy a well-made burger. The restaurant is housed in a charming old brick building with high ceilings, a far cry from your typical strip mall setting. For those sunny days, they offer a lovely private patio for outdoor dining.

Amazing fresh delicious food with a great menu. drinks really delicious. staff very helpful and friendly. outside door it area really nice everything is brilliant and his favorite place to go. the one I don't like is to share the bathroom with men.
