Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We enjoyed the food, it was good! The service, provided by the magnificent Michele, was nothing less than stellar! We had such s good time we were in the bar for about six hours. (No we didn’t get wasted). Over all, a fabulous experience. We highly recommend this Red Robin location head and shoulders above all others! See you there, don’t be square!

Endless Fries.... Gourmet burgers endless fries. What else can you ask for?<br/ <br/ Services is entirely depending on your server, ranging from great to really bad. Food is not always cooked right, but they always fix it right away. Overall, for the price, you can't really complain.

If you know for yourself, you should at least try it once.

Since the pandemic this restaurant has gone downhill!! Anytime we think, let's try it again, what a bad idea!! I understand that your short handed, but over an hour wait all the time is ridiculous!! The last time I ordered for pickup, we were missing 2 side orders. I called 3 times and kept getting told a manager would call me. That never happened, why do I want to pay for things I didn't receive?? This time we checked everything before we left. HOWEVER, the order was supposed to be ready at 7. We left the house at 7 got there and we were told the order was no longer here. We were told that dashers just pick up whatever orders. WHAT??? We were asked if we wanted the order made again, how long will that take? 15 to 30 minutes. At the 15 minute mark the order still wasn't ready. Half hour mark still wasn't ready. I went to the car when the order was finally ready, I wanted to make sure we got everything... missing one side order. My daughter was waiting for the chocolate shakes...those were a joke, didn't even fill up the cup. Got the missing side order and got home in 5 minutes...cold food. I'm so tired of getting screwed by this restaurant. This was the last time we will be trying to eat here. I'm done with this mess!!!!
