Pizza Hut - Everett

During my last visit to this restaurant, both the service and the food left much to be desired. However, this time around, they completely turned things around. Our server, Nina, was outstanding, and her sister, who prepared our pizza, did a fantastic job. They truly restored our faith in Pizza Hut, and we will definitely be coming back. Nina's friendly demeanor made our experience all the more enjoyable and memorable.

I went to pick up our order, which included a medium three-topping pizza, boneless buffalo chicken wings, and some Cinnabons. When I arrived, the employee was rebooting his register. Instead of making me wait, he charged me $20 and said he would apply discounts to cover the difference. That was very considerate and showed excellent customer service. The food was fantastic! Keep up the outstanding service!

As usual, the food was hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made this experience even better was that I accidentally selected 'carryout' when placing my online order. When I called the local store for assistance, they were incredibly helpful in switching my order to 'delivery.' Despite my mix-up, our order arrived within half an hour of my original online request. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for the outstanding service!
