El Nopal Mexican Food - Everett

I've visited a couple times Good food and nice staff. They don't have Tamales consistently. The staff member I most recently spoke to explained that tamales are labor intensive to cook. Fair.Kid-friendliness: The place seems decent for kids. I don't pay much attention to children.Parking: The private road once you enter the mini mall complex is in terrible shape. Drive slow.Dietary restrictions: They are exceptional in cooking so I don't have a reaction.

I ordered 3 birria tacos and a Diet Coke. The tacos were very small. Total was almost $15. I left hungry. The tacos were good, …just too small and not priced correctly for size, location and atmosphere.Food: 5/5

In an unsuspecting strip mall, El Nopal humbly provides fantastic mexican staples. This is the kind of place with a small menu of all top quality items. The birria tacos/quesabirria are the best I've had in my life and for sure the OP here. The enchiladas de mole are also very good. Do come in and support a small business that offers quality at a good price!
