Shiba Ramen - Emeryville

The best ramen. So delicious! Melt in your mouth a wealth of taste.

Very recommended. Sure and Spicy were both excellent and satisfied. Great bowls of ramen!

I ordered them soymilk based smokers w/o egg to make it vegan. I added Bok Choy and it was soooo good!

All right. I had the 'clear' cream with butter and corn and it was beyond perfect-generous help from noodles and toppings. Also, the Shiba wings that were delicious, and the Shiba 'Schrema, which could now be my favorite local treat. I could eat Shiba'screams all day, no joke. The restaurant has very nice Japanese inspired design and nice, helpful staff.

This was my first time there, I had the spicy ramen it was phenomenal!
