The honey walnut shrimp was fresh, not dried, the food overall was fresh her service was good

I never liked Panda Express because of their cheap imitate Chinese food and this Panda Express has continued to disappoint me. I was in the area and need something quick, but this Panda Express was closest to me, so I took a chance and it was a terrible experience. After eating the food I ordered halfway, there was a hair in my food. I wanted to show the employee my plate with the hair in it and ask for a refund. However, they do not make a refund, they offer me another plate from the same pans they served me. I said no, not from the same pans with the hair in it and go out of Panda Express. Should have gone to Ramen 101.

Food is evil no good taste to him plus there are a lot of crackheads around would not recommend

Update 4/29/22: The panhandling here has become a big problem, and the managers allow it. I was also told today, no more tap water for free. Talked to the cashier about how it is to sit in a restaurant with a $16 bill and not get complementary water, he forgot to give me a reception. Your meal should be free, says the sign. He refused and said he gave it to me and I lost it. I insisted they were told they'll prove it on the cameras. I didn't want to fight about it. So much for customer service! Quick and easy, and the food is always good and about what you expect. This special Panda Express does not have many seats, but people come and go frequently.

It's a Panda Express. Food was okay for fast food, but this location tends to be decently busy. Expect a chain not fine dining.
