I do not understand how Dunkin donuts trains people 1 person knows how to make a latte and the next person has no clue just putting syrup in a cup with milk and coffee is disgusting. If they do not know how they could simply state they don not know how to make it and something else would be chosen that's simple. It's 6:15 Monday September 11th.
