Pizza Hut - Elgin

I occasionally order pizza from this restaurant, but it's basically a Pizza Hut. There is no dine-in option, only take-out or delivery. On my most recent visit, I placed an online order and everything turned out great. The employee, Nichole, was fantastic and very friendly. However, the restaurant itself is in need of a major renovation. If it wasn't for Nichole, I think this place would be on the verge of closing. She's the one holding it together.

I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and delivery is very fast. I recently ordered a meat lovers pizza and was told it would arrive in about 30 minutes. To my surprise, it arrived in less than 15 minutes and I had already finished eating. The pizza looked and tasted amazing, just as I expected from this great pizza chain. The delivery drivers are exceptional - polite, friendly, intelligent, and professional. Even though I gave them two different entrance addresses on opposite sides of the building, they knew exactly where to go. They even called to confirm the correct parking lot. Absolutely fantastic! Five stars are definitely not enough to rate them. If I could, I would give them ten stars.
