Great Wall Chinese - Elgin

Attitude of the order taker was RUDE! Shortage of the 4 egg rolls ordered so we went back, Bc we had been charged for them! They made 4 egg rolls for us. The new owners (same family) need to work on their attitudes! Pretty decent prices, pay in CASH bc they have a minimum charge for using CC.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had to endure! Egg rolls are half the size of one from almost any other Chinese restaurant. Ordered roast pork. It was not what roast pork should be. It was pork thinly sliced swimming in sugar water and cornstarch. Also ordered Beef chow mei fun and it was bland, soggy with almost no beef. Just a little clump of paper thin weird textured meat.Don't waste your money!

Fried rice wasn’t fully cooked, it was difficult to eat! It was still raw!!The packing was horrible! The whole bag was soaked in greaseAnd chicken with broccoli? More like just broccoli!So disappointed! Second time coming here, don’t recommend it ! Stay away

There is nothing Great about this restaurant. Poor quality food. Poor quality service. GREAT disappointment.

Poor service especially when using grubbyhub or any other service that the restaurant dosent provide. Stick to places that have their own drivers and can be accountable for the good name of a business.
