Great service, great atmosphere, great food! I especially love that they support local businesses.

Whether I go to dinner alone or with family, I am greeted with genuine kindness. The servers are always smiling and polite and actually care that I/we have a good eating experience. Food is always fresh, fast, and DELICIOUS. One of my 2 favorite breakfast spots. You won't be disappointed. P.S. Best French toast in Elgin. Hands

This is a lovely place to find old favorites and many new and unique creations. Healthy options are a welcome change. Whether it's a duo for luncheon or a large group gathering, Briana's doesn't disappoint.

Server took for ever to get to our table. She gave me a coffee cup with no plate to put my stirring spoon. I asked her for straws and she ignored me completely and started taking to another patron instead of kindly telling him to wait. We ordered two skillets and they were both salty. We told our server and instead of getting the manager right away or taking the plates back she says “oh yesterday they returned the hash brown because they were EXTREMELY SALTY the cook is kinda heavy handed, you should order something else that doesn’t have hash browns. “ no, you should tell your cook to get it together, if I wanted something else I would of ordered something else. She left the plates there and continued waiting other tables. WOW !
