Mcdonald's - East Staffordshire

This restaurant is terrible. There is virtually no front of house staff, just a group of young employees hiding in the back and actively avoiding serving paying customers. It's not entirely their fault though, as McDonald's has a reputation for being a poor employer. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I will not be visiting McDonald's in Stretton again. I stopped by because I was driving past, but I usually go out of my way to visit a different location because the service is so terrible. The staff are consistently rude and frequently mess up orders. I often find missing sauces and incorrect food in my bag. During my last visit, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal but received a single regular quarter pounder instead. The Coke had no syrup and the fries were cold. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to the Stretton McDonald's. The McDonald's in Branston, on the other hand, is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot and correct. I will make the extra effort to visit the Branston location from now on. Avoid Stretton McDonald's at all costs.

We went for breakfast Sunday morning,put our order threw completely got the wrong food and the manger said it’s our fault because we didn’t look at the screen, we couldn’t order again because breakfast was over poor service and the girl stood there laughing what’s that bout

My father ordered a hot dog with an extra side dish but did not receive his spaghetti because the "motorway wasn't online" or some excuse. The restaurant is filled with inexperienced staff who take advantage of disabled customers. My favorite dish is the 12 pepperoni pizza with extra lemon slices, it always makes me feel great. However, I only enjoy it on a Saturday afternoons. The beans that come out of Dan Jones' mouth when he speaks are amusing, but overall I would not recommend this restaurant. Love, Belinda III.

We came here after arriving home from the airport in the early hours of 13/5/19 and from the young lad taking our order and the other lad giving it to us, they were very pleasant and had a laugh and a joke with us. Food was great as always
