Pho Today - East Rutherford

Super friendly staff. Food was amazing. The restaurant was really clean and spacious. I thought this was gonna be overrated but no, everything was perfect.

I was looking to pick up some Vietnamese for dinner and Pho Today was along the drive home. I place an order via DoorDash on a Friday evening and the quoted pick up time was accurate. I got to the restaurant on time, and the man working told me he'd be with me in a second. A male customer walks in after me and the guy goes and helps him first instead. Went yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the chicken pho soup and the ribs that came with rice and salad. The flavors were so delicious. My toddler loved it!! So definitely toddler approved. The waiter was very serving, kind , went above and beyond. The smoothie taste amazing. The iced coffee was really great! I?m very picky when it comes to iced coffee and it did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend!

Ordered the beef short rib pho. They gave me a dinosaur leg! Perfect meal for a cold winter night, really warmed me up. Soup was amazing, meat was a little more cooked than I like it but still very tasty. Would def come back here.

Food very flavorful, spiced and cooked perfectly. We ordered pho, bun and rice platters, enjoyed it all. They were out of some items on the menu including vege broth, that's why one star dropped. Liked the casual, airy, modern ambience with high ceilings and stone-look walls.
