Bidrage med feedbackThe worst steak experience I?ve ever had in my entire 29 years of life. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out well done. I told my waitress it was wrong and she took the plate. She comes back after about 10 minutes and asks if everything is okaywith our meals. I asked how much longer for the steak and she?s like ?oh I?m so sorry, I forgot to tell them?. Then the steakcomes out super fatty and stringy AFTER my family was done eating. Literally The worst cut you could?ve ever imagined. Then Iorder a vodka soda water. It?s literally just water. I correct the waitress and then the bill comes out. I was charged 3x for avodka cranberry. Corrected again. I give her my credit card for the bill. She comes out to our table and placed the bill in theblack folder thing. I open it up and my credit card is not there, but the receipt for the bill is. The waitress acted reallyconfused and then walked back to the cashier table. Then comes back and says ?I forgot i put it in my pocket?. I highly suspectthat this lady was trying to steal my credit card cause I?ve literally never had this happen in my entire life. Plus, with howmany screw ups she had prior to this? You think she?d try to be on her A game. On top of this, we had to ask for silverware anddidn?t even get waters like we requested when we first arrived. Almost $100 later and I regret ever stepping foot into thisestablishment. Also, it was someone?s birthday in the restaurant. A worker was screaming **** murder and my family as well asother people we?re freaking out because we thought someone may have been trying to shoot the place up. Terrible practice giventhe times we live in. Not to mention the group of 6 staff just conversing and standing around doing nothing at the front of thestore. How are you able to stay in business with these terrible people who run this place. Absolutely atrocious. Will neverreturn to Peoria again. Not worth almost getting robbed by your waitress. Do better or close down.
Overall it was a good experience. The service was friendly but they seemed short-staffed and there were a couple of delays in getting things we requested. Our food was a mixed bag. The overall taste was good but the crab cakes were drenched in sauce(ask for it on the side) and I was given a small portion of fries that were barely warm. Prices are reasonable, especially inthis age of inflation. We'd go again, but we'd be a little more strategic in what we ordered.
This place was beyond amazing food was delicious our service was amazing and did I say the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I Had the Porterhouse steak and grilled salmon and boy can I tell you I had the perfect medium rare and most tender steak ever it wasbutter ????????and that Salmon over rice was a special delight all on its own chef kiss ????????????????? when I say 10 out of10 I will be back again and again and again I mean it good job Logans Roadhouse
My first and last visit. The restaurant was clean. The service was very slow. The bones in my half slab rib dinner were old and dry so that describes how the meat was. I attempted to add extra bbq sauce to help but quit eating after a few bites. My dinnercompanion never got the ordered salad, even after 2 reminders. My loaded baked potato was so dry that the load just sat on topeven after cutting the potato. The bread was fresh. The restroom was clean. Beverage refills were slow and wrong. We waited 20minutes for a cocktail that wasn't available, neither was the second choice. At least we were told about the second choicewithin a few minutes. I didn't send the ribs back because I was afraid the next choice would be the same or worse.
Steak was tough/too chewy, too much connective tissue. My son had a steak there in the past, and said his was bad, too. My shrimp tasted weird. Not the typical breaded shrimp i expected. Food on plate was not arranged in an appealing way at all. Menuswere wet and sticky-feeling. We won't be back. Dinner rolls were good though.
