Great hockey themed deli! Everything is always fresh and the staff is amazing!

My family and I have been loyal customers of Blue Line since they first opened, and the food has always been delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to discuss Islanders hockey. Recently, we used their catering service for two events and were extremely impressed with the quality of the food. We ordered the sandwich basket both times, which came with three large sides. The sandwiches were fresh and individually wrapped, which was a hit with my friends. There was a wide variety of sandwiches to choose from, making it difficult for many people to decide. The amount of food provided was overwhelming - there was a whole additional layer of sandwiches underneath the top layer shown in the photos. The option to choose from various salads as sides was a nice departure from the usual cole slaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad that comes with catering orders from other places. Danny was wonderful in taking our order, making sure to inquire about any dietary restrictions or special sandwich requests for our guests. We will definitely be using their catering service again and will continue to visit regularly for breakfast and lunch.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is excellent. It's also very quick and enjoyable for children!

I went to the restaurant the day after it opened and had an amazing experience; the service and food were both top-notch! Today, on Sunday at 1:13, I called to order some sandwiches but was told they close at 2 and don't take phone orders. However, when I arrived at the restaurant I was told I could still place an order and they would be happy to serve me. I said that was great and arrived just 20 minutes later. I waited in the parking lot and saw three other people try to enter the restaurant before 1:30, even though the closing time was supposed to be 2. They should not advertise being open until 2 if they plan to close earlier. Also, they did not inform me over the phone that I could still place an order in person and insisted I come in despite my willingness to do so. By 1:35, three more people had attempted to enter between 1:30.
