Los Tres Mexican - Durham

Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the sampler which came with chorizo cheese dip, chicken rolls and guacamole. Everything was tasty and came out quickly.

Los Tres was kind of dirty, and some staff got into a physical altercation in the kitchen...but the food was fire, so you decide.

Ordered the dinner version of chimichangas beef, plus rice and beans. I specifically asked for sauce on it red enchilada sauce. The chimis themselves...

The food was Delicious... capital D is not an overstatement. For mexican food, this is as awesome as it gets my humble opinion. Service was very attentive yet not obnoxious; portions were generous yet just enough. The patio setting is great with the gentle bulb lighting. Did not order drinks but looking at all the margaritas going around, i bet they were great. Certainly will try them next time; will def be back and have a dd. What a great find after an REI visit!

Been there a few times in the past year but after tonight I won?t go back. Slow service (they weren?t busy), poor quality drinks and food, and there was condensation from the a/c dripping down onto my seat. I told the waiter about it and he didn?t care. He was aware of the issue but just said they had to keep the a/c on high to keep people comfortable.
