Elmo's Diner. - Durham

First time eating here,late lunch today.My wife and I got a burger and onion rings.Freshest tomatoes on the burger were the best .We highly recommend this place and will be eating here again

First time here. Why have I not eaten here sooner? Amazing food, welcoming atmosphere-diner style, family friendly, courteous staff and did I say amazing food? Definitely our new go to eat out restaurant!!

There was a short wait at Friday Brunch that was made better by a nice basic coffee bar while you wait. The service was prompt and polite. The food came hot and it was incredible. Don’t skip the shrimp and grits it was to die for!

From our two hostess to our meal, it was great! Our server Denise was amazing. On such a hectic day she never missed a beat and her smile was genuine! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast. Thank you!

If you're looking for elegance and a fine dining atmosphere, you won't find it here. But, you will find a warm, cozy diner, full of charm and character. The food is delicious and the service is awesome, even when very busy. We love Elmo's and visit every time we're in Durham!
