Hq Funbunker - Durand

We will never return!! Do not pay for services first, you may not receive them!!!! We came here for a birthday. We arrived and paid for services we had scheduled 3 weeks earlier. It was a package for bowling, escape room and food. The owner has you pay first for services. They were very unorganized and there was very little communication. When I paid I asked if the package included food and I was told yes. We started with bowling and then waited an extra 30 minutes to start the escape room because they were very unorganized. We did the escape room and were in there for over an hour. During this time I realized the owner had scheduled our services so that we would have never been able to complete everything before we left. We came out and everything was cleaned up and closed down. We were never provided food. Also during the time we were there I could hardly ever find the owner and had to go in the kitchen twice before being acknowledged to just get a pitcher of lemonade. When I called the next day the owner said it was my responsibility tell him when we wanted to eat when I stated I couldn't ever find him he told me he doesn't do refunds. On my over $200 bill I disputed just over $40 with my bank. The owner disputed that. So obviously he stands behind ripping customers off!!!!

Everything was great. Food was stellar and games were a blast! The escape room needs some fine tuning but it was fun still. Axe throwing was the main event. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Visiting this place for the 1st time today and the food was terrible! The fries were wet and coated in grease and the macaroni and cheese was burnt. When I talked to the cook, he snatched the plates out of my hand and threw them away without even offering to refund my money. DO NOT EAT at HQ Fun Bunker in Durand, the food is gross and they are very rude! Also ordered chicken tenders for $8.50 and below is the picture of those. definitely lacking for the price.
