Food was ready on time for pickup and service was friendly.

Stopped by on a Sunday as a first-time customer, and the food was delicious. The person behind the register was patient as I decided on what to get. Got the pepper jack cheesesteak, and it was great. Took the option of sitting in, and it was nice. Calming music playing and nice atmosphere. Meant to take pictures, but by the time I thought about it, I ate all the food ?

Good food, but 20 minutes for a chessesteak and fries is a bit ridiculous.

The food took forever and then was cold, and the bathrooms were dark and gross. Will never come here again.

I believe this Jerry's is under new ownership. And man what a difference in the quality of food. The sandwiches and customer service are excellent.
