Kept giving pizzas to other people , and one of them would be my order . They don’t call your name either. Then they had to reprint my receipt. 1st time going and last time too. The manger got real angry when I asked what happen to mines a simple question , shoved receipt in my face asking what your order look like then puts the receipt down, finds my pizza and slides it across saying here . ? customer service can be better even for the manager, the rest of staff was nice though . But that manger need some angry management classes or at least 10 min break in the back to cool off . Anyways I rather just stick with Chuck E. Cheese pizza if imma get treated like this ??
I like the way they can customize their own pizza, just wish them to put steak on pizza
This review is not about eating or personal in loading. it is more about not being able to speak with a person to place an order. After I had been paying again and again, I finally picked up someone's phone. I asked for a command. it has been said that they have only accepted online orders or orders placed via the callcenter or mobile app. call center is a computer. I then asked myself to talk to manager. the manager has specified the same information with the exception of a declaration. we are busy customers in charge to operate. so in the round one person on the phone is not considered as a customer, only someone who gives money. I drove to time and asked if someone wanted to order and drove how to order one. it was said to use the app or online. that would be against the state law to use a telephone during the drive. only one next note, the worker and manager were on the phone for over five minutes. they could have commanded a dozen during this time. by the way, I went to the store to put a final order. No one was in touch. so the manager statement that they were customers in the load was a little misleading. However, they had seven or eight online orders they wanted to fill in. Moreover, not all seniors use the internet or mobile apps to place and order. whatever happened, just someone who answers the phone and picks up an order?
That was really good. I was surprised that our big, this personal pizza was and good. I go back and recommend the thick crust.
