I'd give zero stars if I could. Do NOT I REPEAT DOOOO NOT VISIT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION they do not stay open for their normal business hours they also do not replace or refund your money when you make a online order during business hours only to arrive and they are closed 3 hours earlier.. I would not normally even write reviews but the fact that not only did they continue to send me on a wild goose chase they also lied several times about recovering the order I show my confirmation they say oh just call corporate.... There is no corporate to call because it's all through email... not to mention the employees are rude!!!!!! I won't ever spend a dime here again I suggest you all do the same...
Last time I stopped by this subway and got a sandwich with a small scoop of meat on it. I wasn't satisfied with the service. They are so stingy of their meat portion since ownership changed. Never went back until today. I was craving for their protein bowl (loaded with meat- I always go to the one near my house and they always have enough meat in it). Stopped by today again and the guy gave me a small cup of meat on it. I asked him why so little cause a PROTEIN BOWL supposed to be loaded with meat. He said if I want another scoop, it would be extra charge. I told him no, but was pissed off. I understand the extra portion with extra charge but this guy didn't give me the right portion of meat in the first place.
Cookies and bread were old. I think when it’s slow they don’t make fresh bread or cookies. They just use the old stuff. Almost inedible.
I come here on occasion, and my main complaint is that the subs are always cold when you get them toasted here. Its as though there was a cold cuts option on their oven and they used it for all types of meat.
