Panera Bread - Duluth

Love eating breakfast at Panara. My favorite is the steel oats with strawberries, a blueberry bagel/cream cheese, and a cup of hazelnut coffee. Delicious!

They made my sandwich wrong so they made me another one that was half the size gave me a box to keep the wrong sandwich. I donated the sandwich to a random person on the side of the road. I appreciate that they didn't take the sandwich back and throw it away because I absolutely hate wasting food and feel horrible when people mess up my order and then food has to get wasted. Anyways only four stars because I got the pick two and the sandwich is already a half sandwich so the size of the bread I put it on top of the wrong sandwich and it was literally a quarter sandwich the one that they made as a remake for me. I don't eat that much so I don't really care but I feel like as a business model that's not a good idea considering how much it cost for a half sandwich especially when it became a quarter sandwich.

Great good, friendly staff. Corporate so if you've been to one, you know what to expect. With that said, they do a fantastic job at replicating the Panera brand.

I went through the drive thru today and after I ordered realized I didn’t have my debit card. I asked the cashier to leave it for pick up and I’ll run to the bank. The manager decided to buy my food and said to pay it forward. The staff completely made my day! I have a sinus cold and have felt miserable but they made me feel better. The food was awesome too!!! I will definitely pay it forward!

I had the Greek salad and creamy tomato soup. It was excellent. Employees were all very courtious.
