We had two kids meals and they both enjoyed the books!

Ived always had a good experience here in the mornings and the food is excellent but im giving a 1 star because there's a really rude hispanic girl working there in the afternoon she likes rolling her eyes at customers and is very hypocrite when customers ask for things. If she dont like dealing with customers then she should get another job. We had a discussion because my order was placed wrong over the intercom by an employee wich was really nice. Now this girl made me feel like i was the one at fault so she rolled her eyes at me and didnt even bother to talk to a manager to help out BTW she didn't give me a receipt and i know she did it on purpose so now she gets a bad review. Management should have her preparing food and not the window.

I understand they were busy but that doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. A simple hello, I'll be with you in a minute would have been just fine, but i waited at the register for a while before I was actually acknowledged. Waited too long from my food and to top it all off there was a spill that was taken care of very poorly and was like that for at least 20 min.

I went through drive thru ordered the new bourbon burger. I get it home and it didn’t have the crunchy onions on it. That is what makes the burger to me.Then I tried calling no answer. What a waste of $11:54
