Bidrage med feedbackDespite the poor customer service from the man, the woman behind the counter tried to rectify the situation. I expressed my disappointment in the man's behavior and emphasized that while a power outage was out of their control, his attitude and service were not. I received a heartfelt apology from the woman, a refund, and my food. I hope the restaurant will provide much-needed training to their staff to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I would not recommend this restaurant. They are rarely open and when I did manage to try their food, it tasted spoiled. I will not be returning. Overall rating: 1/5
I arrived just before closing time, but they were still able to prepare my food. The staff was very professional and my order was completed quickly. The food was delicious and they offer a wide variety of choices. The $15 I paid for a potato was definitely worth it because of the generous portion size. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning soon.
Placed my order at 7:50. Was told 20mins-30mins it’ll be $65. Arrive at 8:35 and the door was locked. A guy came to the door smoking.. said they was closed. I told him i placed an order and he said he tossed it. Asked him why would he do that and His reply was everyone knows what time we close. Clearly not because I’m here!! On top of the fact that on line says you close at 9! Also if you closed at 8:30 it’s with much common sense that you tell the person WE CLOSE AT 8:30, GET HERE BY! Then he closed the door in my face went back to smoking. Great customer service.
The “one star” is for customer service. I literally just called today at 3:32pm to ask one simple question and I would’ve been right off the phone. “CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.” When you call a restaurant you are supposed to greet in a nice way and however you were taught. All I got was spudheadz please hold. I work in food and answer phones all the time im a manager but you are supposed to give the customer time to say okay or never mind. And it sound like the man didn’t want to be there or just can’t handle it being busy or can’t multitask. I love the food but don’t do the customer like that give a time for a response please and thank you.
