Thai-Isaan - Delta

I phoned for a pick up order of three dishes. Was told they'd be ready in 1 hour. After an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes my order was ready. Stupid of me to wait? Probably! Top excuses: (I heard these said to multiple customers while I waited. 1 Your order will be another 10 minutes. 2 Waiting on one more dish. Plus each dish was 1.00 2.50 dollars greater than their on line menu. I felt compassion for the young woman having to deal with the customers. She was trying her best, caught in a difficult situation.

At this time, the restaurant is only offering takeout. Despite the slow service, we have consistently enjoyed great food every time we order from here. Just be sure to allow extra time for your order to be ready.

The good: the food is delicious and the portions are large. The bad: Wait times are consistently long. The ugly: Ordered recently and were told to pick up in an hour and half. Okay, no problem. Showed up to grab our food and proceeded to wait for over 45 minutes with restless kids in the car and being told it 's almost ready every 10 minutes. This place needs to seriously figure out a better way to inform customers of wait times. Maybe call us when it 's done so you 're not hijacking our lives while we wait in the crowded entrance for almost an hour? Don 't bother ordering unless you 've got all day and have nothing better to do.

The food at this restaurant is good, however, be prepared to wait for over an hour, even if you order six hours in advance. If you're craving Thai cuisine and live in T town, it's best to drive to Richmond or Van if you want to eat promptly.

Undoubtedly the absolute worst Thai food I have ever had. I ordered the Lettuce Wrapped (this was a clue that I missed) and it came with Green Beans and square carrots just like a bag of frozen premixed vegetables....yuck. My hopes of salvaging the night were lost with one bite of ketchupthai which is their version of Pad Thai.
