Mcdonald's - Dearborn

I expected it to be really long in the drive through line especially since the employee who took our order said their were only a couple of people working and he had to do a lot, but actually we were like 4 cars behind, and it only remained that way for about 10 minutes, which if anyone has ever been in a drive-through line at McDonald's knows, that's not bad at all. The food was hot and fresh (great combo), and the new spicy crispy sandwich was pretty good, but hotter than expected. 4 stars, even though this could receive 5 stars

Not so friendly at the first drive-thru window, the girl handing out the food was better, the food was hot and fresh I will give the staff a benefit of the doubt I know that working fast food can be very stressful at times but a little kindness will create return customers

I stopped at this place and the manager is fabulous! he ensured that my order was correct. Thank you.

I would give this place personally 0 stars if I could, terrible service, terrible food. he had me waited for 22 minutes in a car-dru line, of which 10 were all loudspeakers to tell me they were no longer serving breakfast and had the nerve to be intelligent with me. it is obvious that they let me wait 10 minutes on the loudspeaker, not because they had to prepare something, but so they could change the menu and not have to serve me breakfast. will never come back.

Has ordered a mobile lock. waited 15-20 minutes. if I went through the drive thru, it would have been much faster. the workers waited until the journey was completely empty before they handed over my order. never come to this place again
