I love jimmy johns and also my daughters, so on a trip from the city, they chose their usual fave sandwich shop. jjs. to our surprise was the experience like no one we have experienced in missouri back to home. after we have an online order directly via jimmy johns website, as it “freaky fast”, we waited for an hour before I affected. I called the load who said they wanted to contact us and tell us no one was there to deliver. that was not true. they said they would bring it back. we continued to wait for the order and no one showed again. I tried to call the load to cancel the order and was told that she was not doing this and hanged. after several try to call and hang up or the coworker who pretends she wasn't able to hear me, we drove into the load before closing. 10 minutes left before the closing and the doors were already locked. we came into the next day and got the run. 10 days later I didn't get my money back yet. hard earned $40 stolen from me. when reading reviews for this place, seems to be closed for theft, because they have also done it to several other customers.
I love the first shifters. very friendly. the Italian nightclub sandwiches are great.
Do not supply them catering! I ordered a very large catering order from this place for the first birthday party of my daughter in the mai. When my mother picked up the order, she was told that someone had already picked her up. in the round they gave the other the order without confirming that they gave it to the right person. I could get my money back since I paid a credit card. they also said they would take the order back, but it was already 30 minutes from the party time and they took others instead of ours. they also lied and said they checked the identity card of the person to make sure it was the right person (how does it make sense? . I have a call from a guy named josh who left a voicemail who asked me to call back so that we can see if they can get me to keep my order (what?! then I called him back, explained the situation and he said that he must come back with me.” it's over 2 months now and I haven't heard anything. to the luck little ceasar could quickly make a lot of pizzas for us, as this literally happened before her party.
Two hours later and I haven't received my online order yet. They called twice and always told me it was on the way. two hours waiting for a sandwich is ridiculous. to add this, they told me that my order was delivered and the driver called me and made a picture of the order in front of my house. none of these things are true and they refused to pay me my money. I can't believe how unprofessional this load is. avoid
Friendly staff who gave good recommendations. While waiting for my order, I heard the boss giving great advice to the delivery driver about how to make sure the customer gets their order. They really care here. The place was clean and the sandwich great.
