Papa John's Pizza - Damascus

Enjoyed hot, fresh pizza from the Clarksburg location. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for the past seven years and have never been disappointed with the food. I took off one star because the delivery drivers sometimes ignore that we prefer no contact delivery!

The best part is when the local Washington sport team wins, so do the customers! Hard to beat the 50% off special. The Epic Crust cheese filled Meats Special is our favorite pizza! I do have to say, I don’t understand why you cannot purchase Epic Crust in the XL pizza…the Large is just too small in our opinion. I’m always greeted by Kathleen when she’s there and she makes it a pleasant experience. This location is convenient and we’ll continue to take advantage of the special offers! But please change your policy and sell the XL with cheese filled crust!!

The first person you'll encounter when you enter the restaurant is the manager at the register. She is fantastic! With excellent customer service and a cheerful demeanor, she goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. As a manager who truly dedicates herself to both the store and her customers, she definitely deserves high praise!

Finally, a pizza chain that really knows how to deliver! I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery at 10:30 PM, just half an hour before closing. The pizza arrived on time and was piping hot. The service was outstanding. Thank you, Papa John's team!

Kathleen and her team at the Papajohns location in Clarksburg are truly outstanding! We’ve called a few times, and whenever Kathleen answers the phone to take our order, she always asks, “So, minus ingredients A and B?” Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service! We really appreciate your attentiveness and your patience, even when we make things quite complicated. Thank you for taking the time to understand your customers. Keep up the fantastic customer service, and most importantly, keep making that great pizza!
