Uncle Julio's - Keller Springs - Dallas

On Saturday night, one would expect a sufficient number of servers to handle the crowd. Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks and another 10-15 minutes for a server to take our food orders. The food arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty, but the slow service definitely detracted from the overall experience.

This was my 2nd time eating at Uncle Julio's and I was not satisfied with my dining experience. I will not there again.

Great food, great service, but hard to hear others at the table.

Friday night and the restaurant was busy as expected but not packed out.

Service was very slow. We had an order for 4 of us sharing fajitas. The other two in our party had a salad and cerviche. The salad and cerviche came out after about 30 min, and it took another 15 min to get the fajitas. I asked the manager to check on our food because it was taking so long, and her never returned. When the fajitas finally arrived the server did apologize, but we never heard or saw the manager again. Will not return.
