Al Biernat's Oak Lawn - Dallas

On Sunday night Al Biernat visited a birthday. The waiting staff was very attentive and the food was good.

The service and attention were great. There were some difficulties with a fussy child nearby that reduced the ambience. One of our guests Filet had to be sent back twice until she was satisfied with the temperature, but I'm not sure she knew what she asked. Another guest Spinalis Steak was tasteful, but chewing more than expected. He didn't talk his concern at this time, so the restaurant had no opportunity to react. The manager, Steve, and our server, Sheila, could not have been more pleasant and accommodating and a contemplative surprise in custom dessert plate that surpassed the evening to a high note.

Everything is always great! Great service! Great food! Great attention to detail.
