Tcby Frozen Yogurt - Dallas

TCBY is a Lakewood staple! The owner is usually present and always engaging and kind! The rest of the staff are always helpful and quick and provide service with a smile. It's easy to say we'll be back again because we're probably once a week and have for at least 5 years. TY TCBY for being a great part of our neighborhood!!

I love this TCBY. My parents use to bring me here as a kid and now I’m bringing my daughter. The owner and everyone else that works here are amazing and super sweet.

10/20/2023: I was craving something sweet and headed to TCBY since I was in the neighborhood. The surrounding streets were busy, but it wasn’t so much inside. There were a group of three sitting at one table and a family of 5-6 ordering ahead of me.I got a chocolate and coffee almond twist froyo in a waffle cone. The frozen yogurt was really disappointing and not tasty at all.The two staff members were busy with one helping out the family before me and the other one that took my order. This employee was friendly and professional.I was just disappointed with the flavor combo I got. The waffle cone seem “fresh” but wasn’t as good as I thought it should be.Maybe next time when I’m around this part of town that I will try again. I do enjoy my froyo.

Ice cream is great but I will not be coming here again. Service was horrible. The workers were extremely rude and were talking lowly about my friends and I right in front of us. It was quite a while before closing but they made us feel like we were a burden making them stay past closing. Only one of us got something and when they asked Are you guys getting anything? and I replied no, they scoffed and gave each other a look. Sorry I don 't want to buy ice cream from a place with workers that clearly don 't respect this particular group of customers and and give the impression that all they want to do is leave? This was the most horrible service I have received of anywhere I have ever gone. Ruined my night as well as my friends '.
