I celebrated my anniversary. Great dinner with a view of Dallas!

A group of my employees in my profession had dinner at SER Steak last night. Food and service were exceptional. The ambience offered an atmosphere for a serious discussion as well as reception talks. The view is the heart of the Steakhaus and offers a touch that you can not experience anywhere else.

There were 3 ladies at a hostess station and it was the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. None of them know what service means. Even the manager Michael was so nasty. Will never come back and moreover I will contact a head office and will submit an official complaint.

The food and views were great. They appeared to be severely under-staffed so long waits for drinks and food. Staff was very polite, and acknowledged the long wait times. This restaurant is Definitely set up for business accounts. Very expensive.
