Roma's Pizza And Grill - Dallas

We were teaveling through Dallas and stayed at the Baymont Hotel, although we had a long wait for the pizza to be delivered, it was well worth it! Best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend Roma pizza to everyone.

The food was alright! A little confused since I called before going and asked if they are halal. Person on phone said everything is halal. Upon going in and ordering I decided to ask again.. I?m sure the person taking my order did not understand what halal(zabiha halal) meant. He explained the only halal items were gyro and chicken and the beef was not halal Anyway- the fries areabsolutely delicious and so were the wings wow I give them both a 10/10! It was my first time trying chicken parm and it was ano for me. Extremely saucy in my opinion. The calzone was not good either. I did get a greek calzone that had gyro meat and I?mnot the biggest fan of gyro meat.

Used to get Dominos because it was cheap and easy to order but then I started getting heart burns. I have been looking for an alternative pizza place and this place rocks! Not only do I not get heart burn anymore but the pizza tastes great and theydeliver pretty quickly! Very satisfied customer been order at least 1-2 times a week!

WORST PIZZA AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pepperoni pizza was delivered half cooked with so much cheese that it was a doughy melted mess. I had to recut the slices through all the cheese and try to recook the pizza in my oven. The cheese was so overwhelming that my kids were choking on it and had to eat something else. I ordered through Slice who tried to issue a refund, but the restaurant refused. Literally $30 in the trash. I will never order from this place again.

Food and service was great as I only did a takeout, but there was a putrid smell not sure where it came from…
