Bidrage med feedbackI visited this McDonald's on June 24th around 2:00 PM, and I was thoroughly impressed by the young gentleman working the drive-thru. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness. They took the time to double-check our order at every opportunity and even clarified which cup contained Coke and which had Dr. Pepper. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was quick and the staff demonstrated excellent customer service. I would rate this experience a perfect 10 out of 10! Great job!
The food is tasty, but I always end up missing something from my order and have to return to request it. After they make an error with my order, they seem annoyed when I ask for the missing items. They really need someone to double-check that orders are complete before they're handed out.
If you place an order through Uber, be prepared for them to frequently forget items. I'm wondering where the owner, Roland Parrish, is because this situation is becoming ridiculous. You can't even enter the restaurant for a bite to eat after 2 p.m. on weekdays due to the Uplift Wisdom parents occupying the parking lot, taking up all the space. Often, the kids just sit around waiting. Trying to leave can turn into a chaotic experience. Just today, a friend snapped a picture after an incident involving the police and a SWAT team. I sincerely hope none of the Uplift Wisdom kids were involved. I will not be returning to this location.
