I don't call answer. I order 4 tacos 2 too old the burger was great the small tacos delicious. please, someone can answer the phone next time.

(Sour-Dough) It was descent, but sloppy. Drowned in ketchup and I had to give the order back because the curly fries were cold. That seems to make the workers upset; well stop thinking everyone will accept fries that has sat under a light for heat.?

Had 3 different situations with this location. First time they weren't serving anything fried (fries tacos etc Fine. 2nd and 3rd time no one would answer the drive thru. Is that normal for this location or is it not a 24 hour one like it says?

Had an uber order and restaurant is 24/7 and no one was in the restaurant so missed out on my delivery. Would never recommend this location ever. Stay away. I lost out on a very large uber eats order the damage is already done and cant recoup the money. Late nights people should avoid this location.

This is THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX . I love eating the food but this particular one is so poorly managed . I would like to contact franchise owner because nobody ever wants to actually work here and they always have an excuse why they can’t serve you. Just left from here NOW and the lady said they are closed . When I passed by the window she seemed to be texting on her phone and chuckling . Last I checked they are opened 24 hours . Oh also they only accept cash some days and other days they haven’t received the new shipment of food. Don’t come here if your hungry ! Go somewhere where they will actually serve you.
