This is the ramen experience you are looking for, flavorful and authentic. I have eaten here about 10 times now; there is no better place for your ramen fix in Dallas. They have a great selection of dishes from the kitchen as well, and the drink list is superb. Don't leave without trying the karaage. Chicken, pork, and vegetarian options are available. Went with my daughter. Food was great, service was spectacular and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. Would definitely go back again.
