Chicken Express - Dallas

It's been a while since I ordered food from here. I was not impressed in the past, but I have a positive opinion from this place, especially because of the sweet tea. Chicken Express has some of the best sweet tea for a restaurant in the south, and the prices for a huge cup or gallon are great.

Go there for some great chicken strips with Ream Gravy.. The spicy offers are great with some Jalapeno Poppers to complete it. Hurry! To eat with some zing to start the second half of the day.

This last Thursday evening of my daughter, 2 grandchildren and myself we got a SUPERIOR DINNER from here. A Super Nice and Courteous Manager came to OUR SUV took our order back Our HOT, FRESH, DELICIOUS FOOD and My change folded Neatly in a FRENCH FRY BAG. We drove home to EAT. It was so hot that our FINGERS burned. Our ROLLS were BUTTERY and FRESH my peace OKRA was so DELICIOUS and CRISPY I could CRY!!! EVERY SINGLE VISIT is EXACTLY the same. WONDERFUL SERVICE with EXCELLENT FOOD together with Small Hot Sauce Packets, Ketchup and now with NOT SEASONED SALT PACKETS!!! In addition, they have DELICIOUS FRIED CATFISH TOO!!!

I'm going for chicken and cream. It's great. Also roasted Okra, green beans and potatoes and Gravy. Your hot rolls melt in your mouth. ?

Just went to this establishment and I am not happy with the service I received. I place my order quickly which I was happy about only to pay to see I was over charged. I was made to pull up and when my order was brought out I addressed me being over charged with Abil only for him to tell me he can?t give me a refund but instead offered me 3 chocolate chip cookies. I asked for an additional apple pie since I?d just purchased one and the overage that I was charged was equal to that of the apple pie at $1.99. He said he couldn?t give me another pie because there was a 2 minute wait on pies. I asked if mine was in the bag he said yes. My bag is loaded with boxes after spending $57 here? well guess what I got home and there?s no apple pie. Tried calling the store but no one answered. Doesn?t surprise me! Be cautious when ordering from this establishment. Shady workers, shady practices. One star! Stole my money and my pie. Spoiled coleslaw, lukewarm fries, corn nuggets, and chicken. Just close this place already!
