Fratello Vegan - Cuenca

Loved this place. We got the “wings” and they were on point, as well as the nachos. The menu is huge with a great selection. I would not recommend the pizza though toppings were good but the crust and sauce was not.

I visited this restaurant twice during my stay in Cuenca. The location is stunning, situated right by the river, and the food is excellent! The portions are generous for the prices. However, it is worth noting that during my last visit, they only accepted cash.

I had the brownie and icecream. The brownie was more a chocolate cake to be honest. There are 3 flavors for the icecream including chocolate and Oreo. I 've tried the Oreo that just tasted like chocolate. The dessert was cheap though and the staff friendly.

This vegan restaurant offers cozy outdoor seating (under aroof, with heaters of necessary). Staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is available on English and Spanish. We had the Piqueto plate, a crunchy burger and the gourmet burger. The plate was awesome, so delicious and fresh: plantain, fries, nachos served with salsa and guacamole. The burger were good as well, only the crunchy burger could have had a bit more sauce on it.

Really good restaurant located directly at the riverside. They have an extensive menu which is completely vegan. They serve burger, vegan meatballs, pasta dishes and pizza as well as some desserts. We tried the cheese steak sandwich and a crusty burger which tasted great. We also tried the chocolate milkshake which was amazing!
