Lovely place with great service and even better coffee, but remember, they roast the coffee right there, so it’s not the quietest place sometimes. Still one of the best cafes in Cuenca.

Wow! I found Sinfonia Cafe on Google Maps and immediately knew I wanted to try the coffee when I saw a photograph of the roaster in the cafe. When I arrived and approached the owner, Pedro, he was happy to tell me all about his operation. His passion was apparent as he told me about the different Ecuadorian coffee farms that supply his beans, the different flavor profiles produced, and the meticulous roasting process. The coffee I purchased was roasted two days before and he explained the best way to store, prepare, and the optimum time periods for the best flavors. I love my coffee and highly recommend checking out Sinfonia Cafe.

Great coffee, the owner takes his time and dedication to roast a small batch of coffee. Milkshake, brownie and cortado are to die for.

We've had a great experience by Sinfonia. Clean place, flawless service and the least but not the last.....the best drip coffee we ever had en Cuenca; my wife's cappuccino was amazing as well. Go check it out, you'll not regret it!!!
