Little Caesars Pizza - Crystal Lake

As an Uber Eats driver who frequents this restaurant, I have been here for dinner multiple times. Some of the staff appear to be new, but they are all attentive and hardworking. The older gentleman who is often there is always welcoming and a pleasure to see. The newer staff members are helpful, and I believe this restaurant is one of the best-maintained establishments in the area compared to others I have visited. There should be more reviews that accurately depict the excellent service here. I have never had any issues with the menu items or staff members. Thank you to all the staff who have made my night several times, including today.

The employee at the restaurant was unfriendly, and they didn't have any pizza available. They didn't even ask if I wanted to place an order. When I called an hour later, there was no answer. I tried calling two more times, but still no response. The person working there clearly needs assistance or should be replaced.
