Subway - Crowley

I have ordered online twice from this store. The sandwiches were perfect. Did not skimp on any of the meat or any of vegetables that I added.

Went friday evening around 9 and the lady who helped us was great. Not only did she help us pick out a good sandwich for both me and my husband but was extremely friendly. By far my best experience at a subway in a while.

Two employees were in the front. As I approached one quickly disappeared into the back. I attempted to order and was told with an attitude one moment I 'm doing bread . It was in a rude, nonchalant, and off putting way. After I waited a while starring at the fully stocked bread cabinet, and not understanding why the 2nd employee didnt jump in and help, I walked away. I 'm a business owner. Food Catering in particular. They need to understand prioritization, sense of urgency, friendliness. Also a customer should never have to WAIT to spend money. Terrible experience.

Went to order a sandwich gentlemen was really nice making the sandwich ,,ladies in the front gossiping acting like they don’t work and its free time and one lady saying ima wait till she leaves like im the one nosey and care about what they taking about .

The customer service that Tanzohia provided was outstanding! She has the potential to run the restaurant as a manager! Will definitely come back just for the service!
