Subway - CRIB POINT

To the young man who made our meal tonight at 6pm on May 28th, that was the best Subway sandwich we have ever had! The service was friendly, the quality was exceptional, and the restaurant was spotless. Great job!

There was only one staff member working at the restaurant, but he provided excellent service and handled the pressure admirably. I felt sorry for him as it was busy and he was trying to keep up. Good job, mate.

Three sandwich makers and six waiting customers were extremely slow because of a lack of teamwork among the employees. Taking 10 minutes to prepare a meatball bowl is unacceptable. Many customers were frustrated by the slow service.

Led by an unfriendly girl who barely spoken and completely filled the order, while grilling a package after she remembers), decided to haare from her colleagues pullover, then could not decide how much my order would be. After commenting on the price, most I paid for the same consistent order that I received when I go there) she called the manager who had no warning, and told me that I should choose from the cool future! We thought here to eat a quick bite while on a tour through phillip island. we had been in a subway in the week before, but this place has failed in comparison. the staff was not attacked, and despite the restaurants was quiet, tables were still in order and a bit of eating on the floor. the food was fab, especially the fresh cookies!
