Subway - Cotati

For some reason, we were given 2 sandwiches which were toasted without us asking it to be, and the only thing on it was the cheese and only one type of meat... we got normal sandwiches with multiple types of meat and veggies. Not sure how you mess up an order like that. It was an online order so we didn't see him making it.

Very clean and comfortable place to eat. Staff have great customer service! I had to leave a review because I saw the negative reviews and thought this place deserved a much higher rating.

Horrible location. I've gone in twice in the past week during my break to try and get a sandwich made. Both times the employee is hiding in the back blasting music and will not respond to customers who walk in. If you don't want to work then why do you have a job kiddo?

Something seems to be off with this location. We placed an order nearly an hour prior and the person working there hadn’t started working on the order. When we asked them why the order wasn’t ready they ignored us and went on about what they were doing.I tried to cancel the order, which required calling the business. The number of on the subway website is out of service.Something seems to be off about the business.

Terrible service and Un sanitary just recovered from food poisoning from this location.
