Burger King - Cotati

I had a pretty good experience at this restaurant. I have ordered 160 nuggets from there twice, and they last me about 2-3 days for less than $25. I just hope they continue to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude, and everything should be great.

I really enjoyed the Waffle sandwiches, but unfortunately they are no longer available. The French toast sticks are delicious, and the Impossible Whopper is decent while the regular Whopper is tasty.

Had my Uber eats driver steal my food and I called them 30 times to confirm someone picked it up and then had Uber support try to call them to condemn and still didn?t answer so I don?t get my money back. Terrible service. How busy can they be on aTuesday night at 10:30 pm to not be able to answer their phones

This Burger King location is typically not very crowded, and the wait time from placing an order to receiving your food is usually less than 5 minutes. The customer service is consistently good, and the dining area is usually clean. However, there have been occasions where the food was not as fresh as desired. On a few occasions, I have received chicken nuggets or fries that were noticeably old and dried out. Despite these occasional issues, the food is generally made fresh. Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars.

Worst service. Bacon is size of fingernail clippings. When I asked for bacon that looked like photo, was told no. That's what you get. BK GETS NO MORE PATRONIZING FROM ME.
